Does your rental property have a small front porch that’s not in the absolute best condition? If so, the good news is that you can clean up that front porch and make it a desirable space for any renter doing the following.

Clean – Remove any furniture that you may have on the front porch then sweep and clean the space up.

Power wash – Rent a power washer to clean the exterior of your rental property, driveway, and path leading up to your rental.

Paint – Paint the front door to your rental property an attractive color that will “pop” or make it noticeable from the street. You should also paint/refinish your patio furniture as well.

Plant – Go to your local nursery and plant new flowers. Don’t forget to plan the right flowers for the right space!

Many times, it’s easy to plant beautiful flowers in the wrong space and they will only last for a few weeks until they die.
