  1. In the bathroom – Recommend that your tenants turn the water off when they are brushing their teeth and take shorter showers each day
  2. Working in the kitchen – Use less water when boiling vegetables.
  3. Doing laundry – Wash clothes using cold water.
  4. Washing vehicles – Ask your tenants to fill up a bucket of water to wash their vehicles or to get their cars or trucks washed at a local car wash.
  5. Report leaks – Ask your tenants to report leaks at your Central Valley rental property as soon as possible.
